- Kira.
After watching The Death note , sometimes will just wonder . What will i do if i were to pick up the death note. HAHA. I know its impossible but sometimes nothing to do , think about it also no wrong yeah? If i got the Death note i sure write those irritating people name down 1st . Maybe in other people eye , im the irritating 1 but just see who get e book 1st lahs. hahas. well lame. But sometimes i just hate myself man. I thought i can control my temper well already. I still cant control my temper. I feel so F**KING irritated when irritating people appears infront of me -_- The hospital is nice ! Addicted to it. Was chasing after it everyday. In medical line , i think there will at least be once when a patient die in your hands bahs. Be it the patient is eating, sleeping, walking or running. Or maybe its bcos they got this illness den will lead to death but just happen that the patient came to the hospital. Nurses and Doctor nurse him for a few days and he/she just pass away. How does it feel. Can they just get over it ? I wonder how it feels when someone dies in my hand. Hopefully i will never get into that picture. Ill share my knowledge in my blog next time ! Do you guys know why patient cannot eat before operation? -Its because during operation, patients will be given anesthesia. When patient is unconscious, our body systems will slow down. eg. colon, stomach. thats why e food cant be digested and will aspirate instead. Do you guys know when a person is unconscious the tongue will fall back blocking the air way ! hahas. Sometimes i just love learning all stuffs but sometimes stress makes me wana stop. BUT ill strive on! GOGO. Now ill continue watchin the hospital and sleep soon. Kinda tired already. Nights. |
